What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use Canada Post for shipping in general. Sometimes sellers may use their own shipping methods. In that case, buyers must check with the sellers.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your package delivery time depends on the order processing time and the shipping transit time plus one day (end of the day delivery in most cases). The transit time depends on the shipping method you choose while placing your order. We use Canada Post for shipping and the package delivery times are as offered by Canada post according to their shipping classes.
For example
Order processing time = 3-5 business days
Canada Post local shipping time = 2-5 business days

The estimated delivery time will be 5 to 11 business days from today.
If the seller processes your order before the expected processing time the delivery time will be adjusted accordingly.

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Apple pay and Google pay.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely! We use Stripe for payment processing which is one of the most secure and trusted payment gateways.

How do I place an Order?

To make a purchase on Celestho
1. Find the item you want to purchase on celestho.ca
2. Choose the variations or options if any
3. Add to Cart
4. Add any coupon codes
5. Add any special notes to seller
6. Enter your shipping address
7. Choose your preferred shipping method
8. Choose your payment method and enter details
9. Place your order
You will receive an email about order confirmation.

If you are not a registered user you have an option to sign up during the checkout process.
Since all the purchases on Celestho are from individual shops, the buyer must contact the seller for any questions regarding an item or your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

The buyer needs to contact the seller through chat or messages and submit a cancellation request.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It’s not mandatory to have a Celestho account to place an order. You may checkout as a guest. But we recommend you to have an account with us as it gives more privileges’ to you like leaving the reviews, making the order cancellations and refunds easier.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an order confirmation email with an order number. You can use it along with the email used to place the order to check the status of your order.
Once the order is shipped, the seller will send you a carrier tracking number, with which you can check the status of your shipment.

How Can I Return or Exchange a Product?

You can return or exchange a product depending on the shop policies. Please contact the seller using the shop’s live chat facility or through the inquiry option for offline messages.
